Yemen to receive 20 Turkish media figures

SANA'A, May 09 (Saba)- Ministry of Tourism
and the Tourism Promotion Council (TPC) in coordination with the Turkish Airlines
and
Safaa Turkish Agency for Tourism and Travel are preparing for the visit of 20
Turkish media figures.
The TPC's Executive Director Fatima al-Huraibi briefed in remarks to Saba that the
one week program which starts on May 13 aims to market the Yemeni tourist products
in
the Turkish markets.
She said that the program comes as a result of the Yemeni participation in Turkey's
exhibition which was held in February, 2010.
Al-Huraibi pointed out that the program includes visits to Sana'a, Aden,and Taiz
and it aims to improve the image of Yemen in the international tourism markets of
the European
countries.
