Global Forum for Moderation to kick off in Sana'a

SANA'A, May 18 (Saba) - The
Seventh Global Forum for Moderation is to kick off here on Wednesday under the motto
" Islamic
Moderation: concept, challenges and roles".
The two-day forum aims to introducing the concept of Islamic moderation and the
challenges facing the moderate thought.
Islamic scholars and thinkers from the different Arab and Islamic countries
participating in the forum will discuss means and mechanisms of spreading and
inculcating the
moderate thought in the Islamic societies and controls of the moderate speech.
The participants will also review the concepts of moderation and its features in
the Islamic thought as well as the role of women and family in instilling the
moderate thought.
