MONGOLIANS IN CZECH REPUBLIC TO RECEIVE PENSIONS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Cabinet meeting held on Wednesday backed a draft law on ratifying an inter-governmental agreement between Mongolia and the Czech Republic on cooperation in the social welfare sector. This matter will be consulted with a related Standing committee of the State Great Khural.
Thanks to ratifying the inter-governmental agreement, the Mongolians working the Czech Republic will get an opportunity to receive pensions from the Mongolian or Czech side according to their total terms of working years in Czech Republic and the commission payment.
A legal basis will open for the Mongolians in that country to receive allowances, health assistance and services in the size equal to those of the Czech people.
As for June 30, 2008, about 12 thousand Mongolians were working lawfully in that country constantly paying the social insurance commission.
