YEMEN PARTAKES IN NUCLEAR MATERIALS SECURITY MEETING IN VIENNA

SANA'A, May 21 (Saba) - Yemen has taken part in a meeting on
security of nuclear materials held in Vienna recently.

Yemen was represented by Secretary General of the National Committee
of Atomic Energy Mohammed al-Hada.

On the sidelines of the meeting, al-Hada has held talks with the US
participating delegation over the possibility of training the Yemeni
cadre in field of security of nuclear and radiological materials,
particularly those are used in the medical and agricultural areas.

The American side voiced full readiness to cooperate with Yemen in
this regard in the future.
