President's amnesty on outlaw elements to be carried out soon

SANA'A, May 23
(Saba)- Judicial bodies have started to legal measures to carry out the amnesty of
president
Ali Abdullah Saleh on outlaw elements in some southern and detainees because of
rebellion in north.
Minister of Justice Ghazi al-Aghbari told Saba that the prosecutions and courts
started their measures to implement the amnesty in coming days.
Al-Aghbari said that decision of the amnesty is right for president Saleh in
accordance with the country's law.
On his speech to the nation on 20th anniversary of unification day, president Saleh
announced the amnesty on all detainees in outlaw acts in south and north of the
country
in addition to amnesty on journalists who have cases in the courts.
