6 DEALERS WITH 5 KG OF HASHISH SEIZED IN EASTERN YEMEN

HADRAMOUT, May 24 ( Saba) - Police in Mukalla city, Hadramout, have seized 5 kg of hashish with 6 drug dealers, aged between 19 and 35 years, the Interior Ministry reported on Sunday .

At the beginning of the operation, two people whose ages were between 20 and 25 years were arrested, and one and a half kilograms of hashish were seized with them at the Aden Car Terminal.

Afterwards, a suspect, 19, was held with half a kilogram of hashish.

The three confessed to buying the drugs from three other suspects who were located in al-Shihr city in Hadramout.

Police then moved to the city and caught the three others while inside a car. 3 kilograms of hashish were seized with them.

An investigation is underway.
