MALAYSIAN KING TUANKU MIZAN RECEIVES PALESTINE PRESIDENT
KUALA LUMPUR, May 27 (Bernama) -- King Tuanku Mizan Zainal
Abidin had a 30-minute audience with Palestine President Mahmoud Abbas at
National Palace here Thursday.
Mahmoud was accompanied by several of his ministers including Endowment and
Religious Affairs Minister Mahmoud S.A. Alhabash and senior government
officials.
Also present were Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Jamil
Khir Baharom and Palestine ambassador to Malaysia Abdelaziz Aboughosh.
Mahmoud met Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak Thursday morning.
He arrived here Wednesday for a three-day visit to enhance relations between
Malaysia and Palestine.
