S Korean deputy foreign minister to visit Moscow on June 2-3.

TOKYO, June 1 (Itar-Tass) -- South Korean Deputy Minister of Foreign
Affairs and Trade Wi Sung-lac will pay a visit to Moscow this week for
talks on the Korean peninsula security affairs, the South Korean foreign
ministry said on Tuesday.
According to the ministry, Wi Sung-lac will stay in Russia from June 2
though 3 to hold consultations with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Alexei
Borodavkin and will be back in Seoul on Friday.
The talks' agenda will include the situation in the Korean peninsula
after the Cheonan corvette incident in the Yellow Sea on March 26. South
Korea puts the blame for the corvette sinking on its northern neighbour,
the DPRK.
On Tuesday, four military submarine and torpedo experts from Russia
started the study of materials of the investigation into the corvette
sinking causes. According to the South Korean ministry of defence, the
Russian experts will be granted access to the ship's fragments recovered
from the seabed. The Russian experts are expected to yield their opinion
by June 7.
