ABOUT DOCUMENTS OF MONGOLIA-CHINA COOPERATION
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ Mongolia and the People's Republic of China signed Tuesday governmental exchange of notes on founding a street named after Beijing in Ulaanbaatar in accordance with a decision of the Citizens' Representative Khural of Ulaanbaatar city.
Pursuant to the exchange of notes, the street and square in front of the Embassy of the PRC in the city will be named after Beijing. It will be equipped with money of a non-refundable aid rendered from China's government in a scope of the inter-governmental agreement on economic and technical cooperation, established April 11, 2008.

The countries signed an inter-governmental protocol on implementing the Mongolia-China inter-governmental agreement on cooperation in customs and mutual assistance, established September 7 of 1993.
A legal environment will be created thanks to the inter-governmental protocol to make the inter-governmental agreement of 1993 more effective and concrete. In frames of the protocol, the sides will exchange information about customs offences, violations of customs laws and regulations, customs evaluation and violations of intellectual property rights.
In frames of the laws of the countries, the countries will cooperate in carrying out joint examinations of customs, in toughening the supervision over chemicals, poisonous and radioactive substances which might cause damages to security of the countries, population and environment, in combating together with trafficking of drugs and psycho toxic substances, in exchanging experts and experiences and in involving them in trainings.

A special loan agreement was inked between the countries for a sub-project of buying a locomotive in frames of the project on improving infrastructure of the railways' rolling stock to be financed with a soft loan of USD 300 million from the Chinese government.
In addition to this, such kind of agreement was established on improving an infrastructure of Zamyn-Uud soum with this soft loan from China.

The countries established a mutual understanding memorandum between Mongolia's Nuclear Energy Agency and the PRC's National Nuclear Corporation on cooperation in the spheres of radioactive minerals and nuclear energy.
Thanks to the memorandum, the sides will get a general understanding of the cooperation ways in radioactive minerals and nuclear energy sectors.

The sides inked protocols on resuming and altering the inter-governmental agreement of mutual recognition of educational certificates and academic degrees, and on exchanging information between customs offices of the countries.
