PRESENTATION MEETING HELD FOR SUPPLIERS

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A presentation meeting for domestic suppliers, executors, advisory and non-advisory service was held Thursday in the “Continental” hotel.
Organized by the Purchase Service of the Millennium Challenge Account of Mongolia (MCAM), the aim of the meeting is to support a participation of home providers in purchase activities in a scope of the MCAM's project on capital right.
The key purposes of the presentation meeting are to deliver information to domestic suppliers, contractual organizations, advisory service organizations, on purchase rule of the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC), on principles of transparency and on tenders announced by the MCAM.
At the meeting reports were delivered to the gathered on methods of tenders participating. Advice was given to them on collecting documents on bids and on common mistakes made when submitting these documents. Experts reported on requirements from the MCAM, the payment terms and opportunities of exemption from the MCAM's taxes.
Apart of this information, a detailed report was sounded on the project activities of capital right, including main purchases to be done in the second quarter of this year.
The Organizers decided to regularize this meeting cooperating with projects realized in frames of the MCAM.
