Al-Zawari meets UN official

SANA'A, June 13 (Saba)- Deputy Minster of Interior Saleh
al-Zawari held a meeting on Sunday with the UN regional director Nuha Makawi over
UN
possibilities of offering support for the Yemeni interior ministry in field of
training.
In the meeting, al-Zawari reviewed efforts of the ministry in training its
personnel to achieve stability and security in addition to coordination between the
security bodies
and the judiciary.
He also pointed out to the training courses organized by the ministry and other
international organizations, highlighting level of the cooperation between the
ministry and
the UN offices in the country.
For her part, the UN official highlighted achievements of the Yemeni security
bodies especially in involvement of the females in security tasks.
The delegation voiced readiness of the UN to present further training programs in
field of investigation and woman.
