KHORKHOG
Ingredients:
- a lamb, cut in small pieces on the bone
- onions, chopped coarsely
- seasoning to taste
- rice
- broth
You will need a large container and small stones, heated in a fire.

Directions:
Mix the lamb pieces and onions. Fill the urn with alternate layers of the mixture and hot stones, cover the urn and leave standing for a few hours. Remove the stones, scoop out the mixture and serve over rice with cooking broth.
