WORKING GROUP SET UP TO CONTROL OVER PERMISSIONS
Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A working group was set up Wednesday in accordance with a cabinet decision to work out a proposal on refining upon a legal environment that regulates licenses for carrying out economic activities and relations in granting the licenses. The group has been founded with aims to realize the goals of the Year of Business Environment Reform.
Chaired by the Deputy Premier M.Enkhbold, the group comprises central organizations of state administrations' officials experienced in dealing with business people in working lines and able to draw up, control and endorse licenses for running business activities. Representation of professional NGOs and enterprisers will also be in the working group.
In a view of ensuring prompt activities of the group and related organizations, a directive was approved on refining upon and controlling permissions for running economic activities, and related laws and legal acts.
