Vice-Chairman of the General Authority for Civil Aviation for

Jeddah, July 19, SPA -- Prince Turki bin Faisal Al Saud,
Vice-Chairman of the General Authority for Civil Aviation for
International Organizations affairs visited today the headquarters of
the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in Montreal,
Canada.

Upon arrival to the venue, he was received by ICAO Council President
Dr. Roberto Kobeh Gonzalez, Secretary General of the Organization,
Dr. Taieb Cherif and a number of members of the Permanent Delegation
to the Organization.

Prince Turki bin Faisal Al Saud presented to the Secretary General of
the Organization a check amounting to $ 250 dollars as a donation of
the Kingdom to support the ICAO plan designed to strengthen the
procedures of air safety in Africa and to face the challenges and
difficulties facing civil aviation in Africa.

The Kingdom's donation comes in response to the invitation of the
organization to support the project of the air safety in Africa.
