KMGM PROMOTES EDEN GARDENS IN MALAYSIA

KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 (Bernama) -- KMGM International Pte Ltd, a developer
of housing projects in Chennai, is organising a four-month roadshow in
selected states in Malaysia to promote its latest project, Eden Gardens.

Its Director S. Gulam said Eden Gardens, which comprises 96 apartment
units and located 52 km from Chennai International Airport, is currently open
for booking.

The units are priced between US$60,000 to US$300,000 and would
be attractive to Malaysian buyers, Gulam said, following the launch of the
property sales in Malaysia by the Deputy Minister of Information, Communication
and Culture, Maglin Dennis D'Cruz here Saturday.

"We also welcome Malaysian investors to invest in properties in Chennai
because the Indian economy is doing well and offers huge potential for
investment in this sector," he added.

Construction work on the Eden Garden project will start in two months time
and be completed within 18 months.
