OXFORD BUSINESS APPOINTS NEW TEAM FOR LATEST REPORT ON MALAYSIA
KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 9 (Bernama) -- Oxford Business Group, the global
publishing, research and consultancy firm has appointed a new management team to
spearhead its forthcoming project, The Report:Malaysia 2011.
In a statement here Monday, the group said with their analysts poised to begin
the groundwork for the group's new business guide, Tatjana Marinko will take the
helm as country director in Malaysia while Daniel Moore will be editorial
manager.
Marinko said she looked forward to playing a key role on the sixth report to be
produced by Oxford Business Group in Malaysia, which is set to build on the
company's most recent publication by analysing the government's bid to push
forward its 10th Malaysia Plan.
She said since OXford Business Group (OBG) set up its operation in Malaysia,
each successive publication has explored the progress the country has made in
liberalising its economy and encouraging greater involvement from the private
sector.
"I look forward to following Malaysia's achievements as the government continues
with its plans to make transition from low to high income economy and meeting
the key players in business and politics who are helping to shape the country's
future," Marinko added.
Meanwhile, Moore is confident that The Report:Malaysia 2011 will offer
comprehensive and accurate coverage of the country's latest achievements in this
process and provide extensive details of the new investment opportunities that
Malaysia's economic development is producing.
The Report:Malaysia 2011 which will be in print form and online is expected to
be a vital guide to the many facets of the country, including its
macroeconomics, infrastructure, political landscape, banking and sectoral
developments.
Written by a team of OBG analysts who will be based in Malaysia for six months,
it is set to be the premier guide for foreign direct investment into the
country's economy and will include interviews with leading political, economic
and business figures.
