MERCY MALAYSIA CLARIFIES NAME OF PAKISTAN BODY

KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 12 (Bernama) -- The Malaysian Medical Relief Society
(Mercy Malaysia) Thursday clarified that it was collaborating with the Pakistan
Islamic Medical Association and not the Pakistan International Medical
Association, as reported Wednesday, to set up two clinics in Pakistan which has
suffered its worst floods in 80 years.

Mercy Malaysia said in a statement the two static clinics had been
established, in collaboration with the Pakistan Islamic Medical Association, in
the Nowshera and Charsadda districts to serve over 3,000 flood victims.
