Amitabh Bachchan harassed by blogger, files police complaint

Mumbai, Aug 29 (PTI) Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has
filed a police complaint against an unknown person, who has
been posting derogatory messages on his blog and sending him
abusive texts on his mobile phone.
"There is a serious effort by a member that writes and
comments on this blog to use language and expression that is
abusive, filthy and utterly disgusting," the 67-year-old actor
wrote on his blog.
The veteran actor who has now lodged a police
complaint lamented the lack of cyber space laws in the
country.
"I have brought this to the notice of the authorities
and (sought) corrective measures to see none of the stuff that
comes from this foul mouthed individual shall ever be allowed
on this platform. Any further attempt from this person shall
now be under legal cyber space action, now very prominently
activated in the country," wrote Bachchan.
The veteran star is also troubled constantly by
abusive texts on his mobile phone.
"Further more. This individual has been sending me the
most unprintable abuse on SMS on my phone. I have, after great
tolerance for months, reported the matter to the police and
they will be taking serious punitive action, not just in my
country but in the country of the origin of these missives,"
