Kyrgyzstan appoints new Prosecutor General, Interior Minister.

BISHKEK, September 13 (Itar-Tass) -- Kyrgyzstan's Interim President
Roza Otunbayeva appointed Kubatbek Baibolov Prosecutor General, the
government's press service said on Monday.
Prior to the appointment, he was the country's Interior Minister.
Kyrgyzstan's former Prosecutor General Baitemir Ibrayev was dismissed.
Otunbayeva appointed Bishkek's former head of police, Zarylbek
Rysaliyev, Interior Minister.
