SOCHI, July 29 (Itar-Tass) - Viktor Kolodyazhny, president of the OlympStroj state-run corporation, meets with members of the publicorganisations of this health-resort city on Tuesday, an official in the public reception office of the Sochi-2014 information center has told Itar-Tass.
In particular, according to the press service of the Sochi-2014 Organising Committee, the OlympStroj chief will tell the general public about tasks facing the State Corporation, and prospects for thedevelopment of the venue of the 2014 Olympic Games.

MOSCOW, July 29 (Itar-Tass) - Russia pays last respects to People's Artiste of the Soviet Union Mikhail Pugovkin on Tuesday. He died at theage of 85.
A burial service is to be read in the church on Krasnoselskaya Ulitsa here. Civil funeral rites are to be performed at the Moscow House ofCinematography at noon.
Pugovkin is to be buried at Vagankovo Cemetery later in the day.

YUZHNO-SAKHALINSK, July 29 (Itar-Tass) - The construction of a special seaside oil port in Kozmino Bay, Primorsky (maritime) Territory (PT), has added more than 1.5 million roubles in tax revenue to the budget of thecity of Nakhodka.
The press service of the city council has announced that as of now eleven local and non-local enterprises engage in building the port. They all are registered in the Nakhodka tax inspectorate and pay taxes to thecity budget. Territorially Kozmino Bay is part of the Nakhodka city area.
To Nakhodka, the large-scale construction project of Federal importance in Kozmino Bay also signifies additional job opportunities. PT Governor Sergei Darkin said that in the solution of the question of working personnel an emphasis had been made precisely on the localpopulation.
It is planned to build up to 30,000 square metres of housing in the nearby Wrangel and Beregovoy Settlements for non-local specialists. As of now, more than 2,000 people are employed in the construction of the firstphase of Kozmino port.
The first huge tanker with a cargo of Eastern Siberia oil is to set out from Kozmino in December 2009. The first phase of the oil port is designed for the transshipment of 15 million tonnes of hydrocarbon fuel ayear.
.Nippon coking plant fire to rage for another 20 hours.
TOKYO, July 29 (Itar-Tass) - A fire that broke out on Tuesday at a coking plant of the country's largest Nippon Steel Corporation in the southern city of Kitakyushu will continue to rage for about 20 hours more,firefighting services have announced.
Firemen have abandoned attempts to extinguish the flame and decided to wait until coke gas remaining in the pipes burns out naturally. In the process, there is no danger of the blaze spreading over to adjacentconstructions, firemen assured.
The fire broke out at 06:45 local time. It was reported that at first a band conveyor outside the plant caught fire and then the blaze rapidlyspread over to the entire facility.
The coke oven at the plant operates round the clock. Three teams ofworkers replacing one another tend it. None of them has been hurt.
