Kyrgyzstan's Ar-Namys congress invites United Russia delegation.

BISHKEK, September 18 (Itar-Tass) -- Kyrgyzstan's oldest party
Ar-Namys /Dignity/, led by Felix Kulov, will organise its VIII congress on Saturday.

The forum is expected to host several hundreds delegates from
all over the country, the party headquarters said.
"The delegates will discuss and adopt the party's programme called the
Five Steps on the Way to Peace and Order," the party's press release
published on Friday said. It is expected that delegations from United
Russia Party and from Kazakhstan's Nur Otan Party /where Kazakhstan's
President Nursultan Nazarbayev is the leader/ will take part in the event.
"The head of Russia's delegation will be the State Duma's deputy
speaker Vladimir Pekhtin, and the head of Kazakhstan's delegation will be
Erlan Karin, secretary of the party's political council," Ar-Namys'
headquarters said.
Kulov may have a meeting with Pekhtin before the beginning of the
congress. They will "discuss signing of an inter-party agreement."
"Chairman of United Russia's Supreme Council and Speaker of the State
Duma Boris Gryzlov, supported the idea of this agreement," the source said.
The Ar-Namys programme is different from other parties' programmes in
"300 detailed solutions for various problems in basic spheres, which will
help the country to overcome the deep political, economic and social
crisis."
"This will be the second stage of the congress," a source in the party
said. "Over the first stage, on August 24, the delegates formed and
approved a list of candidates for the parliamentary elections."
Kyrgyzstan's parliamentary elections are due on October 10. Official
sources say that 29 political parties, which passed the necessary
procedures, will take part in the elections. The new parliament will have
120 seats, and the deputies will have a right to appoint prime minister
and the government.


.Russia may support Deer & Company if production is localised -view.

SOCHI, September 18 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia will be ready to offer state
support and to stimulate demand for the products of the Deere & Company if
the producer of farming machines localises its production in Russia, like
carmakers do when they organise assembly lines here, Prime Minister
Vladimir Putin said over a meeting with Samuel Allen, head of the company,
on Friday.
"If you choose to localise assembly lines, it will be possible to
discuss state support and stimulating of demand for your products," he
said.
Putin remembered, that the company took part in major supplies of
farming machines to the USSR back in 1920s-1930s.
Presently, the company not only sells its products, it has production
facilities in Domodedovo /Moscow Region/ and plans to invest up to 500
million dollars, Putin said.
Allen, in his turn, said that he will "think over" the suggestion to
localise the production facilities as the company had planned to do so
both in Domodedovo and in other projects. Machines, produced in
Domodedovo, are planned to be exported to Kazakhstan, he added.


.Sochi-2011 to have special programme - governor.

SOCHI, September 18 (Itar-Tass) -- The tenth, jubilee, international
investment forum in Sochi will have a special programme, Governor of the
Krasnodar Region Alexander Tkachev told over the reception at the
Sochi-2010 forum on Friday.
The ninth forum has attracted over 6,000 representatives of businesses
from Russia and other countries. Over 1,000 reporters take part in the
event. The forum was opened on September 17 and will continue its official
part till September 19. From that day, Tkachev said, the region will start
preparations for the next economic forum.


.Putin discusses Adygeya's development with republic's head.

MAYKOP, September 18 (Itar-Tass) -- Russia's Prime Minister Vladimir
Putin discussed social and economic development of Adygeya with its head,
Aslan Tkhakushinov, on Friday.
"We did not have real problems in 2009," Tkhakushinov said. "We try to
introduce new jobs."
"Relations in the republic are based on clan structure, and I believe
this is our main advantage," he added.
Tkhakushinov commented on his meeting with Governor of the Krasnodar
Territory Alexander Tkachev, and expressed hope that Adygeya would join
some federal programmes.
The Krasnodar Territory, like Russia's most regions, is included in
several federal programmes.
The republic of Adygea is situated in the south of Russia, in the
north-western part of the Caucasus and occupies the left banks of Kuban
and Laba, within the Krasnodar Territory. The republic possesses rich
water supplies. There are 85 big and small rivers. About 2/5 of the
republican territory is covered by forests.
