ROCK CONCERT IN AID OF PALESTINIANS

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 27 (Bernama) -- Several rock groups and singers in the
country will join forces to stage a concert called "Rock A Live" on Oct 3 at One
Cafe, Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, here.

Part of the proceeds from the ticket sales of this concert will go to the
Palestinian Fund.

Rancak Cipta managing director Kamarul Zaman Mohd Jamil said tickets for
the show were priced at RM30 (US$9.7) each, out which RM1 (US$0.32) would be
channelled to the fund.

The ticket holder is entitled to watch the band opening showcase from 2pm to
5pm featuring several bands from Kuala Lumpur, Perak and Singapore, and another
show from 8.30pm where Man Keedal, Handy Black and Omma Akeera will perform.
