Pakistan rejects U.S. media report on ISI involvement in Kabul bombing
Islamabad, Aug 1 PPI: Pakistan on Friday denied a United States newspaper report that its intelligence service helped plan a bombing outside Indian Embassy in Kabul.
The New York Times claimed that U.S. intelligence agencies have concluded that members of Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) were involved in bombing in Kabul last month in which at least 41 people were killed.
"The foreign newspapers keep writing such things against ISI and we reject these allegations," Foreign Office spokesman Mohammed Sadiq said in Islamabad.
The spokesman described the report as "total rubbish", saying there was no evidenceof ISI's involvement in the bombing.
