Cabinet Meeting of Qatar
Doha, February 02 (QNA) - HE Prime Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani chaired the Cabinet weekly regular meeting held at the Emiri Diwan premises here on Wednesday.
Following the meeting, HE Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Nasser bin Mohamed bin Abdulaziz Al Thani stated the following:
The cabinet considered topics tabled on its agenda and took the following relevant decisions:
First: Approved the following:
A- The Interior Minister's draft decision concerning licence for establishing the private security services'companies.
B- The Interior Minister's draft decision concerning terms and measures necessary to issue a permit or licence for setting up private security training centres or presenting security consulting .
C- The Interior Minister's draft decision on fixing fees for the licenses of the private security services'companies .
Second: Approving the proposal of HE the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning concerning the restructuring of one of the landlord-tenant dispute settlement committees formed as per the cabinet's decision No./ 35 / of the year 2010.
Third: Approved the proposal for the circulation of the rules of the law No./24/ of the year 2002 concerning retirement and pensions of the qatari employees at Hassad food company.
Fourth: The cabinet reviewed the letter of HE the Minister of Municipality and Urban Planning concerning the draft guidebook of terms related to damages resulting from the works of building , renovation and demolition in sites of work and took the relevant appropriate decision.
Fifth: Approved to host the 13rd meeting of the chairmen of the population national committees and councils in the arab countries slated for November,2011.
Sixth: Approved the proposal by the Civil Aviation General Authority to hold talks in the field of air transport with the Republic of Peru.
Seventh: Approved the following:
1- A draft agreement on exempting nationals of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco who are holding diplomatic and special passports from entry visa requirements between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco.
2- A draft Additional Protocol to the agreement regulating the use of Moroccan workers in Qatar between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco.
3- A draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) on tourism cooperation between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Kingdom of Morocco.
4- A draft agreement on the fighting of the illicit trafficking in narcotics and psychotropic substances and the organized crime between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Malta.
5- A draft memorandum of understanding (MOU) for cooperation in education field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Malta.
6- A draft agreement for cooperation and mutual exchange of news between the Government of the State of Qatar and the United Mexican States.
7- A draft agreement on the establishment of a joint ministerial trade committee between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Argentina.
8- A draft agreement for economic, trade and technical cooperation between the government of the State of Qatar and the Dominican Republic.
9- A draft agreement on the establishment of a joint ministerial committee between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Dominican Republic.
10- A draft agreement on cultural cooperation between the government of the State of Qatar and the Dominican Republic.
