Doha (QNA) - Qatar National Cement made a net profit of QR 467 million for the year ended December 31, 2010 compared to QR 417m in 2009, the company revealed in its audited financial report here today.
The company s EPS amounted to QR 10.46 in 2010 compared to QR 9.34 in 2009.
The company's Board Of Directors will submit a proposal to the General Assembly Annual Meeting, to ratify the decision to distribute 60% cash dividend to its shareholders at the rate of QR.6 per share and bonus shares equivalent to 10% of the share capital.
