Qatar Foundation Achieves 70 per cent of Qatarization Plan
Doha, February 09 (QNA) - Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) has announced that the Qatarization drive during the past five years exceeded 70 percent, two years before the date set for achieving the set target.
QF noted that the Qatarization process reached 29 percent of the total number of staff .. 42 percent of those who work in various departments of the institution and 20 percent of those work for various affiliated centers.
In this regard, Hassan Al Hammadi, Executive Director of the Department of Human Resources at Qatar Foundation stressed that QF want to attract a greater number of talented youth through the Qatar Career Fair and the various initiatives of the Qatar Foundation.
He added that the Qatar Foundation is proud of its competent Qatari cadre who no doubt would benefit from working with Qatar Foundation (QF) as a global institution.
