"Change Slate" does not mind granting VP post to Turkmen

Baghdad (NINA) – "Change Slate" presided by, Nushirwan Mustafa, said it will not object granting the Vice-President post to Turkmen, adding, that it objected to the too much number of VP posts that exhaust the budget.
Mohammed Kiyani, prominent leader in the slate, told NINA "I was among the first politicians who objected having 3 VPs as it costs Iraq huge amounts of money that should be given to the Iraqi people."
He added that the VP post is an honorary position and does not need that big number of VPs, but, if it is going to be like that, then, we do not object giving it to the Turkmen.
Earlier, President Talabani asked the parliament to amend the VPs law and raise the number to 4 instead of 3 to give it to the Turkmen.
