ACBS launches over-the-counter trading service
HCM City (VNA) - Asia Commercial Bank's Securities Trading Company (ACBS) has started operation of over-the-counter (OTC) trading for unlisted shares at its branches in Ho Chi Minh City , Hanoi and Haiphong city.
Transactions are operated via ACBS' accounts but share prices are definedby the market.
With its OTC service, ACBS hopes to bring a open, explicit and convenient investment opportunity for investors in order to minimise risks and ensurelegal procedures.
At present, the company is implementing transaction service for 14 kinds of unlisted shares, including those of high liquidity, namely East Asia Bank, Vietnam Export Import Bank (Eximbank), Dinh Vu steel, Phu Nhuanjewellery (PNJ) and Hoa Sen corrugated iron.
The company will launch the service at all its branches nationwide, preparing to connect to the transaction registration floor to be operated by the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre, said ACBS' General Director Nguyen VietHai.
