Turkish state minister and deputy premier meets Cambodian counterpart
PHNOM PENH (A.A) - 21.02.2011 - Turkish State Minister and Deputy Premier Bulent Arinc on Monday met with his Cambodian counterpart Sok An and Minister of Commerce Cham Pradish in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia.
Sources close to the meeting said the Turkish and Cambodian ministers exchanged views to devise ways to boost relations and trade between the two countries.
Arinc reportedly underlined a need to pen in the shortest time possible agreements regarding the prevention of double taxation and civil aviation.
Arinc also visited Cambodia's Royal Palace on the second day of his formal visit to the country.
The Turkish minister is expected to inaugurate Zaman University before leaving Cambodia for Vietnam.
