Turkey's Besiktas team ranks 28th in international federation list
ISTANBUL (A.A) - 02.03.2011 - Turkey's Besiktas soccer team ranked on Wednesday the 28th in the club world ranking of the International Federation of Football History & Statistics.
Besiktas were the only Turkish team that managed to be among the top 100 teams in the club world ranking.
The team got 184.5 points with the official games they played between March 1, 2010 and February 28, 2011.
They were at the 26th level in the previous ranking.
Fenerbahce is the 153th, Galatasaray the 192nd, Trabzonspor the 206th, Bursaspor the 224th, Gaziantepspor the 354th and Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyespor the 371th in the ranking.
Inter of Italy came the first, Barcelona and Real Madrid of Spain the second and third.
