Justice Minister appoints judge to study corruption issues SANA'A,
SANA'A, March 02 (Saba) - Minister of Justice Ghazi al-Aghbari appointed on Wednesday Judge Abdel-Hafiz Abdul-Razak
al-Mahbashi to adjudicate issues referred by the Supreme National Authority for Combating Corruption (SNACC) to the Specialized Primary Public Funds Prosecution in the capital
Sana'a.
Speaking to Saba, al-Aghbari affirmed that this decree came at the directive of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to move the corruption issues and bring the perpetrators to
justice.
He noted the efforts made by the Public Funds Prosecution in adjudicating issues referred by SNACC, Central Organization for Control and Accounting , General Prosecutor
Office and different governmental bodies in the Capital Sana'a last year where the prosecution ruled in 224 issues from a total of 522 financial issues.
