Advisory Council Discusses Draft Laws

Doha (QNA) - The Advisory Council held today its regular meeting to discuss a number of issues. Chaired by HE Speaker of the Council Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi, the council discussed the report of the Legal and Legislative Affairs Committee on a draft law related to the establishment and regulation of places of worship for Muslims, and decided to report its recommendations to the Cabinet. The Council also discussed the report of the Internal and External Affairs Committee on a draft law regulating the use of surveillance, security cameras, and decided to report its recommendations to the Cabinet. It also discussed a request presented by a number of its members on real estate companies, and decided to report its recommendations to the Cabinet.
