Perpetrators attacked Yemeni ambassador to Egypt seized
CAIRO, March 08 (Saba) - The Egyptian security devices have captured some of the perpetrators who attacked a convoy of the Yemeni ambassador to Egypt Abdul-Wali al-Shamiri while traveling to the southern Egyptian city, Asyut, last Tuesday.
Though the country's bad circumstances, a security official said in a statement to Saba that the Egyptian security body has managed to identify one of the attackers' name through his mobile phone number.
Eight of fifteen who got involved in this plot were seized, according to the source.
The ambassador was heading on Tuesday to Asyut province to pay an inspection visit to the Yemeni students in order to get acquainted with the student's problems and difficulties facing them there.
He hailed efforts exerted by the Egyptian security services in capturing the offenders
