KCNA Blasts Projected "Civilian Defense Drill" in S. Korea

Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- South Korea announced that it would kick off a large-scale "civilian defense drill" on March 15 at a time when joint military exercises are going on throughout south Korea in collusion with the U.S.
It was reported that even war hardware including armored cars and vehicles for military operations would be involved in the drill.
South Korea admitted that it is the first time that military vehicles would be involved in the civilian defense drill. Great irony is that it dares talk about "defence" after kicking off such large-scale military exercises across south Korea against fellow countrymen in the north in collusion with foreign forces.
The projected drill is a very dangerous act aiming at further rounding off the war preparations across south Korea in the light of the timing of the drill and its scale.
The war maneuver targeted against fellow countrymen can never be justified.
The DPRK will never remain a passive onlooker to the fact that the south Korean war-like forces are increasing the danger of war in league with foreign forces to an extreme pitch. -0-
