Evergreen fibreboard sets up subsidiary in Thailand
KUALA LUMPUR, Macrh 11 (Bernama) -- Evergreen Fibreboard Bhd (EFB)'s
wholly-owned subsidiary Siam Fibreboard Co., Ltd (SFC) has incorporated a new
subsidiary in Thailand, Asian Oak Co., Ltd (AOC).
The move is part of EFB's expansion plan for its business activities in
Thailand, the company said in a statement Friday.
SFC has 99.99 per cent direct interest in the capital of AOC.
AOC will carry out businesses relating to the manufacturing, processing and
marketing of wood products.
