Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan set to hold joint urban warfare exercise
ANKARA (A.A) - 17.03.2011 - Turkish, Afghan and Pakistani armed forces are set to hold a joint urban warfare maneuver in Istanbul on March 19-26, Turkish Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.
The ministry said the three countries had agreed to conduct the maneuver during a tripartite summit meeting on December 24, 2010.
An international "Elite Observers Day" will also be held on match 25, the ministry said.
