Advosiry Council Discusses the State's Public Budget of Fiscal Year 2011-2012
Doha, March 28 (QNA) - The Advisory Council held its weekly regular session here on Monday under its Speaker He Mohamed Bin Mubarak Al Kholaifi .
The memo of the cabinet's general secretariat was read out during the session concerning submitting the estimates of the major general projects of the state's draft public budget of the fiscal year 2011-2012 to the Advisory Council which has taken a note of it.
The session as attended by each HE Minister of Finance and Economcy Yusuf Hussein Kamal , HE the Economy and Finance
Undersecretary Khalaf Ahmed Al Mannai and Director of Budegt Department at the Ministry HE Sheikh Saud Bin Nasser Al Thani.
It was attended by chief of the Public Works Authority Eng. Nasser Ali Al-Mawlawi and Director of the Support Services Affairs Department at the said Ministry Mashaal Nasser Al Khalifa.
In an address delivered on the occasion , the Advisory Council Speaker HE Al Kholaifi welcomed HE Hussein Kamal and the other participants who attended the session to thankfully explain the government's viewpoint as regard the major projects of the state's public draft budget of the fiscal year 2011-2012 and presenting the necessary clarifications on inquaries posed about it.
HE Al Kholaifi seizes the opportunity to convey utmost thanks and appreciation to HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani for his sublime directives and due attention accorded to the sectors of education, health , housing, energy , energy and infrastructure through providing the necessary financial allocations .''This all derives from HH The Emir's due keenness on the welfare of the homeland and the interests of the citizens and exerting whatever necessary to realize the aspirations of the qatari citizens for better future to out beloved country'', said HE Al Kholaifi .
Then HE the Minister of Economy and Finance and his entourages explained the viewpoint of the government on the state's public draft budget of the fiscal year 2011-2012 .
Later the Advisory Council discussed a report submitted by the Financial and Economic Affais Committee on the draft budget of the state's major projects of the fiscal year 2011-2012 and decided to refer its recommendations thereon to the cabinet
