FIREFLY SUSPENDS OPERATION TO KOH SAMUI

KUALA LUMPUR, March 30 (Bernama) -- Firefly, the community airline, has temporarily suspended its operations between Subang and Koh Samui due to severe floods which had resulted in the closure of Koh Samui Airport.

In a statement Tuesday, its head of marketing and communications, Angelina Fernandez, said the safety of passengers was the company's top priority.

"Passengers must ensure their mobile contact details are current and active for notification of flight delay or cancellation via text message," she said.
