Municipality and Urban Planning Ministry Allocates QR 320 million for Public Parks Projects

Doha, April 02 (QNA) - The Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning said that it has allocated QR 320 million for projects of public parks in the State for fiscal year 2011/2012.
The Department of Public Parks in the Ministry during the fiscal year 2011/2012 will implement a large number of new projects in the field of ??the establishment of public parks, playgrounds, new Plaza, rehabilitation and maintenance of parks and beautification of areas and streets in all municipalities of the state.
The Ministry of the municipality also said that it raised during the year 2010/2011 some 38 new projects at the municipal level relating to the establishment of public parks and playgrounds, as part of an interest in developing and beautification of the State's cities. (QNA)
