The racket used by Chong Wei to win the All-England title last month after beating Lin Dan of China, raked in the highest amount when a businessman from Pahang paid RM200,000.

Meanwhile, the rackets used by both Chong Wei and Taufik was later auctioned off for RM84,000.
Chong Wei who has always contributed part of his winnings for welfare causes said he was pleasantly surprised that his racket had fetched RM200,000.
"I believe the racket was bought by an ardent fan of badminton and someone who had a 'big' heart to contribute towards the welfare of earthquake/tsunami victims in Japan," he said.
Taufik who was full of praise for Chong Wei's efforts said he was happy to be a part of the charity event and would be ready to play his part again if there was a request.
Meanwhile, speaking of coach Misbun Sidek's return to the Badminton
Association of Malaysia (BAM) fold, Chong Wei denied claims that he does not need Misbun's services.
"I still need Misbun although I am comfortable with the guidance of Tey Seu Bock during his absence. I need both of them for international tournaments. Both have distinctive ways in training me and I would rather have both of them," he said.
