Jamnagar (Guj), Apr 5 (PTI) Fourteen Pakistani
nationals have been arrested and their boat seized for
illegally entering Indian waters from near Jhakhau off the
west coast in Kutch district, in the western Indian state
Gujarat, Indian Coast Guard (ICG) officials said Tuesday.
A Pakistani boat named Al-Anwari carrying 14 persons
on board was seized Monday evening by the ICG team patrolling
in the region, they said.
According to Coast Guard officials, 14 Pakistani
nationals had been apprehended and were being brought to the
Okha coast here where they would be interrogated by various
intelligence agencies.
The Coast Guard had arrested 14 Pakistani men in two
separate incidents last month, after they illegally entered
the Indian territory from the Jhakhau region in fishing boats.
