GUILTY FOUND: OFFICIOUS FRIEND
Prof.Dr.Ali Demir, the chairman of the Student Selection and Replacement Center (OSYM), said, "the coincidence in the booklet distributed to the press is because of an officious friend working in the data processing of Meteksan, that printed the questions." "Digital printing is something that we have done for the first time. We can see some deficiencies when we produce a new car. We can compare these two with each other." Demir said, "we have evaluated the university exams of 1,400,000 students so far, and we have compared the results with the exam results of 2010. There is nothing extraordinary, and there is no reason to cancel the exam."

SEPARATE SCENARIO FOR EVERY REVOLT
Sabah daily newspaper reached secret scenarios of the state regarding Arab revolts, which assessed every country separately. The revolts in Tunisia and Egypt were regarded as "low risk" by taking into consideration the few number of Turks living there. Joint action with international platform was adopted.
The scenario regarding Libya was prepared as a "high risk" scenario due to presence of 25,000 Turks in that country and the zigzag stance of Libyan leader Muammar al-Qadhafi. Turkey prepared "evacuation, military operation and humanitarian aid" options. Plan A and plan B were prepared.
Scenario regarding Syria assumed that there would not be a regime change, and attached priority to "humanitarian aid" by taking into consideration neighborhood and kinsmanship. The recent developments in the region will be taken up in the National Security Council meeting on April 28.
FOUR MESSAGES TO AL-ASAD
Turkey's Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met Syrian leader Bashar al-Asad in Damascus, and conveyed messages of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
