Wed, Apr 13 to be day of mourning in Belarussian capital Minsk

MINSK, April 12 (Itar-Tass) - Wednesday, April 13 will be a day of
mourning in the Belarussian capital Minsk over the death of eleven people
during Monday's explosion in the Minsk metro.
At decision to declare Wednesday the day of mourning was taken by the
Minsk city hall, the press service of the mayoralty said.
Apart from the eleven people who died, another 126 were wounded by an
explosion that went off during evening rush hours at the Oktyabrskaya
station.
The wounded were rushed to five city hospitals and doctors say
twenty-two of them are in a heavy condition.
According to investigators, the explosive device with a capacity of 5
kg to 7 kg of TNT was most likely planted under a bench on the platform.
