TWO MORE AIRLINES TO COME INTO KLIA

KUALA LUMPUR, April 13 (Bernama) -- Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd (MAHB)
expects two more new airlines to come into the KL International Airport by the
end of this year, its managing director Bashir Ahmad said.

"We are talking to two airlines. Possibly we will have two new airlines
coming in before the year ends," he told reporters on the sideline of Invest
Malaysia 2011, here Wednesday.

He, however, declined to give further details.

Meanwhile, Bashir said total passenger traffic volume across the country's
airports will surpass 60 million this year from 57.8 million passengers last
year on the back of growing economy in the country and strong tourism sector.

For the first three months, MAHB saw a 12 per cent traffic growth compared
to its forecast of seven per cent, he said.
