RAMUNIA'S UNIT SIGNS MOU TO UNDERTAKE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN INDIA
KUALA LUMPUR, April 13 (Bernama)-- Ramunia Holdings Bhd's unit, Ramunia
Fabricators Sdn Bhd (RFSB), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU)
with Sew Infrastructure Limited.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia (Malaysia's stock exchange) Wednesday, the
company said the MoU is to explore possibilities where both parties can
collaborate to undertake any business relating to oil and gas, and any other
industries in India.
Sew Infrastructure is a company principally involved in the business of
infrastructure development and construction, including engineering procurement
and construction projects in oil and gas, power, roads, water and buildings.
Meanwhile, RFSB, a company incorporated in Malaysia is an experienced
turnkey and engineering, procurement and construction contractor in the upstream
oil and gas industry.
