IPROPERTY.COM MAKES RECORD HIGHS

KUALA LUMPUR, April 19 (Bernama) -- iProperty.com Malaysia recorded a 115
per cent growth in visitors to its website in March to 916,882 from 424,587 in
the same month last year.

Last month also saw the number of leads sent to property developers, agents
and home owners crossing the 300,000 threshold with 301,800 enquiries sent
through email, SMS, phone and fax.

"This represents a 140 per cent year-on-year growth from March 2010,"
iProperty.com said in a statement Tuesday.

It said the increasing popularity resulted in over 5,720 real estate agent
advertisers listing their properties for sale and rent on the website as at
end of March, a growth of 73 per cent from last December.

"I am thrilled with the results of the first quarter of 2011.

"We have been consistently producing record breaking months on all fronts
and this quarter has been especially successful for us," said iProperty.com
group chief executive officer Shaun Di Gregorio in the statement.
