Salehi started a daylong visit to Brunei on Friday evening and was welcomed by the country's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade II, Lim Jock Seng.

During the meeting held in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital city of Brunei, the two minister discussed ways to boost the two countries' bilateral ties.

Salehi underlined that the two countries' senior officials are resolved to boost mutual cooperation, and said this resolve should be used to further deepen ties and expand constructive cooperation in line with the interests of the two nations.

He stressed that the two sides enjoy abundant capacities for expanding their cooperation, and said health, tourism and joint investment are among such fields of cooperation.

Lim Jock Seng, too, voiced his country's willingness to use Iran's experience in health and medicinal fields.
