CEBU PACIFIC SLASHES FARES BY 50 PCT

KUALA LUMPUR, June 1 (Bernama) -- The Philippines’ largest national flag
carrier, Cebu Pacific, has slashed fares to all of its international and
domestic destinations by 50 per cent from Tuesday to June 3.

The deal is for travel from Aug 1-Oct 31, 2011.

Among the international destinations on sale are Bangkok, Busan, Ho
Chi Minh City, Incheon, Jakarta, Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Lumpur, Osaka and
Singapore, the airline said in a statement Wednesday.

"Passengers can also utilise the airline's network in Asia to get from North
Asia to Southeast Asia and vice versa, via the Philippines," said its vice
president for marketing and distribution, Candice Iyog.
