Laos and Vietnam further co-operation on diplomat building
(KPL) A Foreign Affairs Institute, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Diplomatic Institute of Vietnam agreed to further their co-operation on diplomat training, building teacher, Lao and Vietnamese translators, research and write the history of foreign relation of Laos.
The agreement was signed during the visit to Laos from 7-10 September of Vietnamese Institute of Diplomacy delegation led by its Director Duong Van Quang.
During the visit as a guest of the Foreign Affairs Institute, the Vietnamese delegation held a lecture under the theme “ Foreign Policy of Vietnam for South East Asia”.
During the visit, the Vietnamese delegation also presented three set of computer to the Foreign Affairs Institute of Laos.
