50 million voters will go to polls today to decide for the political cadre that will shape next four years of Turkey. The voters will send 550 MPs out of more than 7,000 candidates to the parliament.
20 million lira was paid for the transparent ballot boxes which will for the first time be used in Turkey. Total cost of the elections is 247 million lira.
TURKEY'S POPULATION WILL NEVER BE 100 MILLION
According to the data of Turkish Statistical Institute, population growth rate continuously dropped in 1990-2008 period. The population will be 85.4 million in 2025 and 92 million in 2046. The population will never be able to reach 100 million.

The number of Syrians who fled violence and crossed into Turkey has reached 4,300 as officials said more Syrians were likely to come. The Turkish Red Crescent build a tent camp for five thousand. Most of the Syrians crossing Turkey's southern borders are Sunni Arabs and Kurds who put the blame for the political unrest in their country on the United States and the Muslim Brotherhood.

Radikal newspaper managed to make a telephone conversation with the camp of Syrian refugees in Hatay province that is protected like a castle.
Esma said her only wish was to turn Syria that is without Al-Assad. Esma said she was pleased with the food given three times a day in the camp, however that they have problem with bathroom need.
The population in the camp has exceeded 4 thousand and nearly 10,000 people are waiting at the borders.
